WEBSITE VISITORS & LOAN APPLICANTS
When you visit our site you become a "Website Visitor." When a "Website Visitor" browses our site or submits a loan application we collect and store information about their online visit (such as cookies and statistical data). LOAN APPLICANTS
Once a website visitor completes our online loan application they become a "Loan Applicant." The Information provided by the loan applicant is used and shared in accordance with our customer privacy notice and practices and all applicable laws.

As a loan applicant, you may use the website to:

  • Provide us information via our online application to determine your eligibility to obtain a consumer finance product, including giving us permissions to pull your credit
  • Provide information to us about you by uploading additional documentation
  • Opt-in to receive "segmented" informative emails
  • Opt-out of allowing us to contact you via standard text messages regarding your application our customer account
  • Update your personal contact information

Passwords
Access to certain sections of our Website may be protected with a username and password. The username and password are confidential, and should never be disclosed or shared with anyone other than the loan applicant(s).

Timed logout
Certain features on our Website may be protected with a timed-logout feature. This security feature can help protect your account from being viewed by others.

Our Website and databases may be protected with firewall technology, which can help prevent your account information and our Website from being improperly accessed.

  • To non-affiliates to offer you their products and services

Opting-Out
If you don't want us to share your information with non-affiliates please send us the request in writing to opt out. Your opt-out will apply to all accounts you hold individually and to all accounts you hold jointly with other persons. If in the future you re-apply for a loan you will be required to opt-out again, from us sharing your information with non-affiliates, if you so choose to do so at that time.

Sharing your Information with a 3rd Party as Permitted by law
Please note that the Opt-Out does not apply to us sharing your information with 3rd parties that send marketing material on our behalf, process monthly payments, print checks or facilitate certain functions required to process your application, originate your loan or service your account.

NOTICE EFFECTIVE DATE
This Online Privacy Policy Notice is effective April 22, 2008 and remains in effect until amended. Lexicon Lending Corporation reserves the right to amend its Privacy Policy without notice. Any Amendment to our Privacy Policy will be posted on our website and reflected by the effective Date.

If you believe you are a victim of Identity Theft, contact the three major credit bureaus to place a fraud alert message on your credit file.
