Payment Options


Military Allotment

We suggest all active duty military setup a Military Allotment. Using an allotment to make monthly payments on your military loan:
  • Is Easy, Convenient and Secure
  • Allows you to save time and money
  • Makes it easy to track your payment on your LES

Instructions on how to Setup a Military Allotment

  1. Login into your account at myPay.gov
  2. Select “Allotments”
    Then pick on of two options:
    1. "Start Savings Allotment" (if you no other active allotments)
    2. "Start New Allotments"
  3. After you have set up your allotment, you will need to send us ALL PAGES of the Allotment Verification and SIGNED Authorization form to our customer service department. Failure to do so will prevent us from processing your payment. FOR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SEND US YOUR ALLOTMENT INFORMATION PLEASE LOG IN TO YOUR ACOUNT.


A Monthly Draft (aka EFT)

If you are not eligible to setup a Military Allotment then we require you to make your payments via a Monthly Draft (aka an Electronic Funds Transfer or EFT) out of you checking account known as Electronic Funds Transfer, (EFT)

Instructions on how to Setup a Monthly Draft from you Checking Account

We will need your bank routing number and account number to set up your payments. This information is listed on the bottom of your checks. Once you have your checkbook with you please call our customer service department at 803-233-9500, and one our friendly associates will assist you in setting up your



Other Payment Options

While we suggest all eligible applicants to setup a Military Allotment for those who are not eligible and require a Monthly Draft to be established.

We DO OFFER other PAYMENT OPTIONS if for some reason the Allotment or EFT has been stopped or if a customer is behind, or at risk of becoming behind, on their payments.
